Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the full value of the booking and this will be deducted from the credit card supplied. Cancellation or failure to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of the booking and this will be deducted from the credit card supplied. During peak times full payment of room may be required on confirmation of booking. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to resell the room and if so, we will reimburse the amount paid by the guests staying.
Lakes Lodge Wilderness Retreat offers mid-range accommodation options from hotel rooms, with lake views, to our Superior Two Room units. Nestled in the bush, each unit boasts either superb views of the glistening blue lake or a native bush outlook. Each of our rooms offers modern furnishings and quality facilities. However in theme with the tranquillity and seclusion of the lodge, we don’t include televisions in the rooms. Lakes Lodge can provide all fishing gear, licenses and guides for trout fishing. There is also a variety of stunning bush walks including a hike up to the largest Rata tree in NZ. Indoor activities include table tennis, billiard table, darts, and a spacious lounge and bar area.
