No pets. No smoking indoors. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Deposits are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 100% charge, for this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. Please also note that when payment is made in full prior to the 14 days before arrival no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.
South View is located just minutes from down town Queenstown. This is a well equipped home with a large sun soaked balcony capturing some of the best lake and mountain views in town.
A spacious open plan living area welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the views fireside or take advantage of the expansive outdoor balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining. The living and dining room area flows through to a well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances throughout.
The three bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and are perfect for extended families or couples travelling together. The master bedroom is a relaxing retreat opening out on the balcony & capturing the stunning views. The master bedroom ensuite has a luxurious spa bath too.
