If you have extra people than what you booked staying in your Apartment, there will be an extra $50.00 per person per night. This includes extra Linen, cleaning and amenities supplied. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when staying at Academy Apartments. By submitting a booking on the website, you warrant that at least one of the guests who will be staying is over the age of 18.
To cancel your booking, you must contact our Apartment Manager by emailing info@academyapartments.co.nz or by calling +64 27 506 8049. If cancellation occurs, the following charges will be made against your Credit Card Within 7 days of the first night of stay - 100% of the total booking charge. Cancellation prior to 7 days before the first night of stay incurs on Charge. Guests will incur Charges should there be any damaged or missing items in the accommodation units.
With 3 different apartment styles, there is room for everyone whether you take one apartment or all three. Within walking distance to Queen Elizabeth park, Henley Lake, Aratoi Arts Centre, swimming complex, shops and cafes. Short scenic drives to Featherston booktown, Martinborough wine country, historic Greytown, daffodil Carterton, Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre and access to coastal townships in Riversdale, Castlepoint, Lake Ferry and Cape Palliser with its seal colony. Choose from two spacious 3-bed apartments or one two-bedroom unit. All three apartments are on the first-floor level serviced by generous stairs and a lift. The two larger apartments each have an enclosed carpark. All units have modern ensuites.
