Chambourcin Cottage was designed and built by Hawke’s Bay architect Steve McGavock. Its vaulted ceilings and native timber features were inspired by his mentor, renowned New Zealand architect John Scott. The cottage was renovated and tastefully decorated in 2016 by the talented Bibby+Brady interior design team, using one-of-a-kind bespoke furniture crafted by master artisan Francois Guittenit at Le Workshop. The furnishings, linens, kitchenware, and amenities aim to provide a warm and inviting holiday experience. The Cottage is ideally suited for couples seeking to enjoy our coastal region in a romantic setting. Walk to Elephant Hill, Clearview Estate, Te Awanga and Beach House wineries.
