Property available as an apartment, holiday rental or Bed & Breakfast. Cafes are within easy walking distance, however a few complimentary items are provided before your arrival. We are unable to have children 10 years and under on our property due to safety concerns. Our swimming pool and BBQ is available for our paying guests only. We also offer a static swim belt for use in our swimming pool. We do not allow parties or social gatherings on the property.
Because we are a small business any cancellations significantly impacts us; therefore we will impose a full room charge for those cancelled days that were booked, unless the accommodation can be re-let during that period. However, when payment is made by credit card there is a non-refundable bank fee of 3% applied to bookings. We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance.
Five minutes walk from central Hamilton and uniquely located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll find a charming one bedroom West Wing accommodation with private lounge and gas log fire. Gorgeous French doors in the lounge and bedroom open out onto a glorious pool and garden area. The West Wing (with small kitchen) can accommodate 2 guests. There is an en-suite; 40" TV; BBQ; private entrance; free off-street parking, comfy Cape Cod chairs and free WIFI.
Our unique location provides guests with easy access to excellent shopping, a vast array of restaurants and cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, museum, Waikato Stadium, Waikato Hospital and gorgeous river and lake walks and river bike trail. It's central location lends itself to endless day trips.
