No charge will be incurred for cancellation up to 48-hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation date will incur the full room charge for the first night of reservation, unless the room is rebooked for an alternative date.

The Black Sheep Farm is midway between Auckland and the Bay of Islands on the East Coast. It is beautifully positioned between the stunning white sandy beaches of Waipu Cove and Langs Beach. Sea and coastal views of Bream Bay are enjoyed from the house and 2 upstairs guests' suites . The property is run using organic and sustainable principles with permaculture vege gardens and paddocks for a rare breed of Arapawa black sheep. Spacious guest suites, tranquility and lovely views, make this a comfortable and restful place for guests to stay combining coastal paradise with a small farm.
