Welcome to Leave of Absence. Equipped with some of those holiday must-haves including Fibre WIFI to keep you connected and a Nespresso machine to help you start each day with air-conditioning for summer stays and a heat pump to keep you warm in winter. Glass doors in the lounge open onto the sheltered patio, garden and dedicated outdoor dining and BBQ area. Enjoy the downtime in the great outdoor area with fruit trees, a herb garden and a waterfall or head out to explore the local activities, you're an easy 7-minute drive from the airport and the Avonhead Mall. Within 20 mins drive is Hagley Park and Christchurch Botanic Gardens, both known for being a beautiful place to walk or cycle through.
