No pets. No smoking indoors. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Deposits are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 100% charge, for this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. Please also note that when payment is made in full prior to the 14 days before arrival no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.
A magnificent holiday home ideally situated to capture elevated views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Every detail has been considered at Okataina to offer guests a luxurious and relaxing stay. The home has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy in the cooler months. The space opens up onto the large deck with stunning 180 degree views. A well appointed kitchen with adjoining prep and scullery area is ideal for entertaining. On the lower level you will find the master bedroom and ensuite with a luxurious freestanding bath tub to soak in after a day on the mountain. You have also got a further queen and twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower.
