1 bedroom, 1 bathroom self contained unit is attached to a main dwelling, however is completely separate to the main house with separate side entrance allowing for full privacy. Self contained unit features a living room with a fold out single couch (suitable for 1 adult or 2 x children) + a master bedroom with ensuite featuring comfortable Queen Bed with electric blanket, perfect for those crisp winter nights. Built in 2021 the space also features a washing machine, 2 hob stove top, full sized oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, digital dish TV, unlimited wifi and views out to Deer Park Heights, Coronet Peak and the jaw dropping Remarkables.
