The Hollyford Guided Walk is relatively easy 3 day/2night walk through beautiful and changing landscapes.

Day 1 is a lovely 17 kilometres walk through beautiful beech forest taking in lovely waterfalls and rivers along the way. The day ends with a fantastic meal and great nights sleep at Pyke Lodge (they even have a hair dryers for those that don't rough it).

Day 2 starts with a short walk to Lake Alabaster for stunning lake and mountain views and then a jet boat ride up Lake McKerrow. The walk on this day is 12 kilometres and takes in rugged West Coast views and stunning beaches, a day filled with amazing contrasts in scenery.

After another fantastic meal and great nights sleep at the Martins Bay Lodge day 3 starts with another jet boat ride and then a walk along Martins Bay Spit. This was a truly fantastic day not another person in sight, fantastically peaceful.

The trip finishes with a beautiful flight from Martins Bay over Milford Sound.

The Hollyford 3 Day Guided walk was a truly fantastic experience. This trip takes in everything from walking to great food and wine, jet boating and a scenic flight. It’s a great way to experience part of the Fiordland National Park, part of Te Wahipounamu World Heritage area.
