Wairere Falls

Wairere Falls is a 153 m two stage drop in the Kaimai Ranges.

Wairere Falls Track - 25 mins south of Te Aroha in the Kaimai-Mamaku Forest Park.

Picturesque walk through native forest follows the cascading Wairere stream over quaint bridges and around huge moss covered boulders.

A 45 minute walk to the lookout gives a view of the highest falls in the North Island. Carry on to the top of the falls for another 45 minutes for majestic views out over the Waikato plains
