There's nothing quite so decadent as cruising the Marlborough Sounds, eating freshly cooked Greenshell Mussels with a glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

One of my favourite Marlborough experiences has to be the Greenshell Mussel Cruise with Marlborough Travel.  For me, this tour epitomises everything that I love about Marlborough - cruising the beautiful Marlborough Sounds, great stories, eating freshly cooked Greenshell Mussels off the back of the boat and a glass of crisp Marlborough Sav Blanc. 

I was actually really interested to find out how these delicious flesh beauties are farmed and never would I have dreamed that women's stockings had played such a huge role in this million dollar industry... Yep and if you don't believe me you'll just have to do the tour!
