Pentland House is a fully restored, stylishly renovated 1920's bungalow, situated in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the Hatea River.
Walk to the City Centre, the popular Town Basin and Aquatic Centre or the Regent Shopping Centre. Supermarket, restaurants and fast food outlets just a stroll away.
There is a walkway down to Hatea Drive for quick access to the Town Basin and the City Centre.
We have three rooms (king, queen & twin) all with their own ensuites and TV's. There is a guest lounge and kitchenette and a lovely sunny patio with a BBQ if required.
We provide a continental plus a cooked breakfast to start your day, served overlooking the Hatea River.
