Set in a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, TODAY’s sport presenter Cameron Williams put Queenstown’s reputation as an adrenaline junkies paradise to the test.

He was not disappointed, spending a weekend jam packed with extreme sports. Cam took the plunge off the world’s highest swing, The Nevis Arc; a 300m ride that propels you across the valley below at mind blowing speeds. Next, Cam tried a unique form of surfing, body boarding down the cascading rapids of the Kawarau River, and took golfing to a whole new level, teeing off from a ledge on the Remarkables Mountain Range. "To step out onto a narrow, snow capped ledge and have The Remarkables all to myself for an hour was something I’ll never forget", Cam said. The Heritage Hotel, Queenstown provided Cam with a central base for his adrenaline adventures.
