QUALITY ASSURANCE
Look for the Qualmark, New Zealand tourism's official mark of quality.

Sip wine at a lake's edge vineyard. Spend a day or three fishing one of the river valleys. Up the ante with a dose of adventure - canyoning, climbing, river surfing or sky diving. Ski your heart out all winter long or idle the summer days away swimming, café cruising and day dreaming.

Seasonal Tips

DURING YOUR VISIT

Cardrona and Treble Cone have great runs for downhill skiing enthusiasts. At Waiorau Snow Farm you can enjoy cross country skiing. Snow Park is New Zealand's first all mountain freestyle terrain park. It has the ability to build terrain so that freestyle skiers and snow boarders can fully express themselves. Harris mountain heli-skiing delivers more than 400 runs from 200+ peaks. When Diamond Lake freezes, the ice skaters get excited.
