Nearby Queenstown airport receives international flights from Sydney, Brisbane
and Melbourne, and domestic flights from Auckland and Christchurch. A number of
bus services will take you on the spectacular one-hour journey over the Crown
Range Road to Lake Wanaka, or you can catch a flight to Wanaka Airport.
Lake Wanaka's airport receives daily flights to and from Queenstown and Christchurch.
Shuttle services from the airport into town are available.
By Coach
Daily coach services link Wanaka with Dunedin, Christchurch, Invercargill, the
West Coast and neighbouring Queenstown.
Getting around Lake Wanaka
