Conditions of sale

Offer valid on Northern Discovery Pass only. Passes must be booked between Tuesday 03 November 2009 and 30 November 2009. Price is in New Zealand Dollars. Price in other currencies is indicative of current exchange rate only. Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion/discount. Saving equates to NZD$548 / AUD$466 / GBP£240. Passes entitle the holder to travel on scheduled Magic Travellers Network services only. Passes do not entitle the holder to meals or accommodation unless specified. Passes do not include ferry transport between Wellington and Picton, and vice versa, unless specified. Passes are valid for 12 months from the first date of travel, are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name on the ticket. Each sector may only be travelled once. Any unused sectors are not refundable or transferable. Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Passengers 12 and under are eligible for a 10% discount off the standard price.
