* Advertised price includes fuel surcharges of US$220. U.S. and foreign taxes, fees, including September 11th Security Fee, are an additional US$75 to US$150 depending upon itinerary.

• Depart from Los Angeles or San Francisco to New Zealand.
• Minimum stay: None.
• Maximum stay: 12 months.

• Reservation and ticketing: When booking online, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas flights are booked in O class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 31 May 2008.
• Booking changes: After ticket issuance, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $200 per transaction. Additional local service charges may apply.
• Travelling with children: Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
• Cancellation: Ticket is non-refundable.
• Visa requirement: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are complied with. Note: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State have suspended special international in-transit programs.
