• Depart from: Los Angeles or San Francisco to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Queenstown, New Zealand. Fares to Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown are $50 each way in addition to the advertised fare.
• Outbound travel period: 1 May - 8 June 2010. Other travel dates are available at higher cost.
• Minimum stay: None.
• Maximum stay: 12 months.
• Reservation and ticketing: When booking online, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas flights are booked in O class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 9 December 2009.
• Booking changes: After ticket issuance, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $200 per transaction. Additional local service charges may apply.
• Travelling with children: Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
• Cancellation: Ticket is non-refundable.
• Visa requirement: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are complied with. Note: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State have suspended special international in-transit programs.
