Check-in time is 14:00. In the case of arriving (after 7PM), please contact us so we can make the proper arrangements for a late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00AM. Our office hours are from 08:00 to 19:00 everyday. Payment will be collected on arrival. All bookings must have a valid credit card (Not Debit card). Bookings will only be accepted from people over 18 years of age. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Photo ID (Passport) may be required on Check-in.
Your booking can be cancelled up until 48 hours before arrival, otherwise a penalty of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. All bookings must be cancelled with the source they were booked with.
All apartments are self-contained with tea and coffee facilities. Each opens onto a balcony or garden deck. Outdoor furniture is provided, and there’s a BBQ area for your enjoyment. Free unlimited internet, guest laundry open all day, and car parking at or near your unit. We offer free tour bookings and great discounts on local attractions, including cruises, dolphin encounters, Cape Reinga tours and more. Peter and Vatey have extensive local knowledge and look forward to welcoming you to Bounty Motel.
