Payment is to be made at the commencement of the hire by either cash, EFTPOS or debit/credit card. Credit Card Surcharge Please note: Please note: We apply a 3% surcharge to payments made using a credit card plus a Debit card used online or not present, which is in line with our cost of acceptance. Please note: We apply a 2% surcharge to payments made using a credit card used in our depots in person, which is in line with our cost of acceptance Bond A NZ$200.00 for trailers.
We require a deposit of NZ$100.00 (or full rental amount if less than NZ$100.00) when we confirm a reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation but is transferable to another rental within 12 months (if we are advised at least 24-hours before rental is due to commence). You may cancel this Agreement: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of commencement of hire will incur the greater of a one-day hire fee or 10% of the total rental.
