Margrain Vineyard was born from the passion for fine wine, good food and country lifestyle by owners Daryl & Graham Margrain. Margrain is now a quality winery, accommodation and conference complex.
The original 4 hectare property was planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Merlot - a combination of what was already emerging as the region's best styles.
The company has since expanded, with extensive replanting to Pinot Noir plus access to fruit from 20 year old vines - a rarity in this region.
The Tasting Room is open weekends and public holidays.
