YHA Anakiwa Lodge is a modern 5 star lodge with excellent facilities, a 25 min scenic drive from Picton. Ideal self-contained base for walking, kayaking or mountain biking in the Marlborough Sounds.

The lodge is perfect for that stress-free romantic break. There are beautiful native bush walks or take our kayaks out around the bays.

We offer great facilities in which to wind down. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, take a soak in the large hot spa and retire to the movie lounge.

Double ensuite rooms or a four bed multi-share room provide boutique hotel quality accommodation options to suit couples, backpackers and small family groups.

Plan to stay an extra day, as requests for extensions on arrival are often not possible.
