Badminton New Zealand Open 2009
The New Zealand Open is set to be a fantastic badminton spectacle this year with some very good entries including 25 players from Indonesia, 21 from India, 17 from Australia and small but strong teams from Hong Kong and Japan. In total 167 players from 18 countries have entered the event which is a World Grand Prix classified tournament with US$50,000 prize-money.

Countries entered are: Australia, Czech Republic, England, France, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Mauritius, New Zealand, Philippines, Scotland, USA, Vietnam and Wales.
