We have a no smoking and/or drinking policy during any of our stargazing tours. We reserve the right to refuse admission if a participant is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances. In this instance, no refund will be given. All children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure minimal disruption to other guests. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour or price at any time.
An admin fee of 8% is non-refundable for any refund given. Akaroa Stargazing will provide a full refund (less admin fees) or credit for cancellations if made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge 100% for no-shows. Should Akaroa Stargazing cancel a tour for any reason, such as inclement weather, Akaroa Stargazing will provide either a full refund (less admin fees) or will reschedule at your option.
