You can run up to 20 km (12 miles) per day. If you would like a more strenuous workout, let us help you make a plan to extend your fitness. With boat backup, you can pace yourself and choose less running if you wish. Boat transfers, safety back-up, a walker’s support package, ensuite room and all food is included. Sea kayaking options are also available.
