All wine tasting fees, wine and/or food purchases are at your own cost, paid directly to the venues on the day of travel. The Wine Hopper Bus is a transport only service.
We offer 3 pick up & return locations: 10am departure from Queenstown CBD; 10.10am departure from Frankton; 10.30am departure from Arrowtown. The Electric Bike & Wine Tour Combo does not operate during the New Zealand winter months of June, July, and August, this is due to health, safety & comfort considerations for our guests.
Inside 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee. Inside 24 hours: full charge. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are at Wine Hopper Bus Management’s discretion. If the weather isn’t suitable for biking on the day booked (e.g.: heavy rain/strong winds), we’ll refund the cycle portion and offer you the option to continue on the relaxed Wine Hopper Bus tour (12–6 pm). We want you to have a great day on The Hopper - whatever the weather.
