Beverages not included 3-3.5 hour experience. Our preferred helicopter partner is Wellington Helicopters who are located in central Wellington at Queens Wharf - Shed 6 Queens Wharf, Wellington. Please be at the Queens Wharf helipad 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to run through safety briefings and ensure an onetime departure. Upon arrival at Wharekauhau the pilot will land, shut down his engines, and you will be met and escort up the lawn and to the main lodge.
Weather dependent activity talk to the operator or to the lodge.
You will touchdown on the rolling front lawn of Wharekauhau Country Estate, where you are greeted by a glass of Champagne. Enjoy a relaxing multi-course lunch at the lodge, before flying back over the mountain divide and returning to the central city. Minimum passenger numbers apply - min 4 persons, however please make contact with parties of smaller size and we can direct the best dates to merge with other smaller parties 7+ passengers please contact lodge directly. Includes Queens Wharf/Wharekauhau return flights, Glass of sparkling wine on arrival, Trust the Chef lunch.
