Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until departure. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke in the rooms, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. Check-in is available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.

Due to the size of our motel late cancellations or no shows significantly affect our business, so if your plans do change for some reason, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 2 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. All cancellations are required in writing. In peak periods and some special events a minimum night stay may apply, this includes a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any damage to rooms or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
