Our refund and credit policy (cancellation by you) 6.1 Deposits for tours are refundable for 15 days upon receipt. 6.2 After 15 days from receipt deposits are not refundable for any reason and will be forfeited if you decide to cancel your tour reservation for any reason. 6.3 Fear of infection or concern regarding prevalence of a virus, such as COVID-19, will not be considered as a reason for refund to be due.
