Pricing information

Daily Guiding Rate is NZD 750.00. This is inclusive of: 4WD transport, fishing guide, lunch and non-alcoholic refreshments, video footage, digital still images, safety and risk management, DoC concessions and GST. NB. 2 persons maximum per guide – additional guides can be arranged for larger groups.

Please note: If you are not bringing your own fishing equipment there is a daily charge of NZD 50.00 per angler for waders, boots, rods and reels. Licenses are not included.

Fly Fishing at it's finest. I guide fly fishing on rivers & lakes in Otago, Southland, South Westland & Fiordland, offering day trips based from Queenstown and multi day trips from Lumsden.

I specialize in using 4WD & helicopters to access some of the most remote big trout rivers in New Zealand. We use dry fly and nymphing techniques to predominately sighted rainbow and brown trout. Along the way you will see some of the most stunning scenery in New Zealand.

I have worked and guided in NZ tourism for many years & have a wide ranging knowledge & understanding of both the fishing and diverse native environment we have in this stunning land. Come fish with me and have a great time catching big NZ trout and enjoy the pristine nature of NZ.
