Our 4 days Men's Wellbeing Retreat are a journey to rediscover your purpose and vitality. At the heart of Māori culture is an understanding of the role of Tāne - man - a protector, Provider and keeper of knowledge. Join other good men, in Aotearoa and experience a container designed for men to transform into a new, better version of themselves. We nourish our bodies with mauri kai - food gathered from nature - fishing from the moana (ocean), foraging from the ngahere (forest) and maara (garden). We visit primordial islands and landscapes which hold the codes and intelligence which help us to heal, and remind us of our super powers. We experience meditation, yoga, breathwork and whanaungatanga - connection, brotherhood and nature.
