Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation 30 days or more from arrival: fully refundable (less insurance premium if applicable) If you cannot travel due to a change in COVID-19 Government required lockdown or isolation within 30 days of check-in, you may: Reschedule your stay within 12 months, or Request a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
This lovely home is perched atop Rotoroa with sweeping 360 degree views across the Hauraki Gulf. Decorated in warm vintage 1970s style, Mahoe has generous bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Most bedrooms have excellent sea views. This property can easily accommodate larger family groups. It has a private bathroom with a shower (no bath) and can sleep a total of seven guests in four bedrooms.. It has five beds - two queens and three singles.
