There is no minimum or maximum age to participate in an EcoZip experience. Guests must, however, weigh a minimum of 30kg (66lbs) and not more than 125kg (275lbs).
Bookings cancelled within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are non-refundable. Bookings amended to another date and/or time within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are subject to a rescheduling fee of $49 per person. Participants that fail to present themselves 15 minutes before their Zipline (‘no show’) will forfeit 100% of their payment. Please refer to our website for full terms and conditions.
Embark on a world-first stargazing adventure in Kaikōura, one of only 22 Dark Sky Sanctuaries globally. Departing at twilight, you'll journey to Rakanui Station and soar into night on five thrilling ziplines under pristine, light-pollution-free skies. With just eight guests per tour, this intimate experience offers uninterrupted views of stars, constellations, planets, and, depending on the season, even meteors or comets.
