We offer two experiences in Rakiura/Stewart Island (ex Oban). Northern Bays Adventure or Remote Rakiura Adventure. Both start and finish in Oban and offer an experience rich in history and wildlife not commonly seen elsewhere, including little blue penguins, sea lions, mollymawks and even kiwi. Northern Bays Adventure (we recommend 4 nights). Exploring the sheltered bays of Paterson Inlet with the possibility of venturing out to Port Adventure or west to Port William as the weather allows. A visit to Ulva Island is a must do. Remote Rakiura Adventure (we recommend 6 nights) The weather will determine where we explore on a daily basis, with the chance of experiencing the more remote bays, rivers and inlets of Rakiura National Park.
