Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. Earlier arrival and later departure times can be arranged, subject to availability. Applicable day-use charges may also apply. Payments by credit cards will incur a surcharge fee - Visa or Mastercard 2% and Amex 3% of the total amount. Payment by Cash and EFTPOS do not incur surcharge fees. Guest(s) will ensure that any incidental charges incurred are settled before departure.
Contact the motel before 3PM at least one full day before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's stay. Alternatively, if your plans have changed due to Covid-19 alert level changes in New Zealand, and you are not able to travel please contact The Metrotel directly to discuss what options are available.
The Metrotel is New Plymouth’s inner city modern motel.
