You must possess the ability to swim 25 meters unassisted. You are required to have a good understanding of the English language. No children under 13 years old. Children between the age of 13-15 need to be accompanied by a guardian. Children between 16 and 17 can attend unaccompanied ONLY if they have been signed off by a guardian of 18+. Pregnant women cannot participate. High or Low Blood Pressure Heart Surgery, Coronary Disease, Cardiac Arrest, or Heart-Related medication cannot participate.
