Terms and conditions angle-down

Rates are $280 for the first couple and $75 for each additional person per night. No charge for children under 2. We have a requirement of minimum revenue from one stay of $1500. All bookings must be for a minimum 2 nights stay and a minimum revenue of $1500 from one stay. In the period December 20th to January 7th we will require longer bookings with higher occupancy. All bookings will be charged a cleaning fee of $150. Mid-week booking special. $1000.00 for 4 nights for 4 people.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

28 days notice for cancellation required. Any cancellation made less than 28 days prior to stay is non-refundable. for Any cancelation a $75.00 fee is applied.

Sleeping up to 11 people. The restoration of Todd's Cottage has enhanced the lovely original timbers and concentrated on the original feel of the building. Modern appliances are incorporated into the well equipped kitchen. A formal dining table. A separate lounge is at the front of the cottage. The beds are fully prepared with top quality bed linen and lots of sumptuous pillows. Each bedroom has double opening doors onto the veranda including the sleep outs. Your comfort and enjoyment are assured. 2 large bedrooms in main house sleeping 4. With 2 sleepouts with their own bathrooms. 1 of the sleepouts with 4 single bed and the other with a super king and large bathroom.
