Top Floor B&B located at the Gateway to Kapiti Island, and a short stroll across the street to the world famous Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course. Top Floor B&B is self-contained and very private. We have two self contained rooms, both with their own unique features. The Top Floor Room is on the third floor of our tower - Walk up the stairs to a private & luxurious room with stunning views out to Sea and Kapiti Island
The Garden Room - is set in our private & tranquil garden completely separate from the rest of the property. Both rooms include a continental breakfast, which is provided within your room to eat at your leisure.
