Double-check your gear is clean and free of dirt. A moderate level of fitness is required to complete a 2 kilometre walk, climbing up and down a steep 50 metre track and walk a bush trail. You must be able to swim 25 metres by yourself. You need to be able to support your own weight at all times. Bring walking shoes, a water bottle and suitable swim gear.
