If however we are unsuccessful in re-booking then the following Cancellation Fees apply: Cancellation within 7 days of arrival = 50% of the total booking fee Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival = 100% of the total booking fee. Located in a peaceful, private setting, our home is centrally located to explore Abel Tasman National Park, Golden Bay & Nelson environs. We are only minutes from golden-sanded Kaiteriteri Beach, kayak companies and water taxis.
The Queen Studio room is attached to but separate from the main house, has a private entry & courtyard with lush tropical planting.
This compact room for 2 people is self-contained with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, hotplate [no oven], electric fry pan, BBQ, plus tea and coffee making facilities.
Queen Bed, ensuite, flat-screen TV, feather duvet, pillows, hairdryer, heated towel rail, electric blanket & drying rack. The room is without breakfast & un-serviced.
