Café-style food and drinks are available for purchase from the Promenade Café on board the TSS Earnslaw. Souvenirs are available to purchase from the Woolshed Gift Shop at Walter Peak.
The TSS Earnslaw is scheduled to operate every day of the year, except when she undergoes annual maintenance. During the survey period, the TSS Earnslaw will not be operating and Walter Peak experiences will only be accessible via the Spirit of Queenstown.
If cancelling or amending a retail booking, a refund will only be granted when RealNZ receives notification 24 hours prior to departure.
