About

Ferrymead Heritage Park has a township area that has original and replica buildings from the Edwardian era. There is also displays of airplanes, model trains, cameras and vintage vehicles. Sunday is the best day of the week to come as all the displays are open.
Trams run on Saturdays and Sundays, Public Holidays and School Holidays. The Steam Train runs on the 1st Sunday of every month and on the Sunday of our Events at Easter, Queen's Birthday and Labour Weekend.
There is also a children's playground which includes a dinosaur slide and a tractor. It is a fun and safe place to spend the day with your family.
