Founded in 2006, Au Pair Link emerged as New Zealand’s first au pair agency. The brainchild of a former au pair, we set out to ensure au pairs had the opportunity to seek safe, fully supported job opportunities in New Zealand.
With close to forty staff around the country, we offer an end-to-end service for our au pairs. That includes ensuring they’re placed in a safe, fully screened host family. As part of the pre-departure process we can also assist in organising flights and insurance, as well as provide a wealth of supporting resources. Once here, each au pair is linked with their own Family & Programme Manager, who visits them at home and ensures they are feeling well-supported on our programme.
Au pairs also benefit from being part of the largest au pair network in Australasia, and enjoy our monthly road trips, dinner and movie evenings, coffee groups, and more!
The cost of joining our programme can vary, depending on which programme you use, and whether you’d like us to book your flights and/or insurance. Our programme fee ($899* for Au Pair 123/Whiz and $1299* for Au Pair Mate) covers the screening/matching process, our 3 day orientation course, as well as our full support during the placement.
