Master your cameras manual settings in the field, learn about star tracking, as well as how to identify & frame up some of the most beautiful & fascinating regions of the night sky. There is no better place in the world to learn Astrophotography than Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Astrophotography tours are up to 3 hours long and can be tailored for private groups or individuals. The tour includes learning about camera equipment & settings, night sky targets, Astrophotography fundamentals, and Deep Sky Astrophotography using star tracking for longer exposures at long focal lengths. Tours can be held at various scenic locations throughout the Mackenzie region or on private premises.
