Day 1. Depart downtown Auckland 7.30am arriving Bay of Islands 11.35am. 2 nights hotel and breakfast. Depart 2pm for a 4.5 hour cruise on the Bay of Islands. Includes island stopover, dolphins, and passing through the 'Hole in the Rock'- weather permitting. Day 2. Full day excursion by coach to Cape Reinga and Ninety Mile Beach including lunch and sand boarding. Day 3. This morning explore the historic Waitangi Treaty grounds where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed in 1840 including a guided 50 minute tour including carved Maori Meeting House, scintillating Maori concert, and great war canoe. Enjoy the excellent Treaty Museum portraying the events of 1840. We recommend a visit to historic Russell. Depart 1.35pm. Arrive Auckland 5.45pm.
