We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Beresford Heights & Rise offers secluded luxury accommodation in The Catlins, set high amongst the Beresford Range on our family-owned 1,330-hectare sheep and beef farm near Owaka. Our two private retreats showcase breathtaking countryside and coastal views, floor-to-ceiling windows, luxury furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, expansive decks and private outdoor hot tubs. Beresford Heights, established in 2019, sits 400 metres above sea level and is reached by an off-road ATV journey, while Beresford Rise is designed exclusively for couples. Guests enjoy a generous continental breakfast, with massages and seasonal farm tours available. Proudly Gold Qualmark and NZFAP+ Gold accredited we offer an authentic luxury rural New Zealand escape.
