NZD Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellations, once the 25% deposit fee has been paid, and if outside the 30 day high season cancellation period, the guest will be refunded the 25% deposit less a $250 admin fee which shall be retained by Bluestone Estate to cover staff time and costs incurred. If cancellations are made on or after 30 days from arrival date (high season), the full 25% deposit will be retained by Bluestone Estate, and the balance will be refunded to the guest.
