NZD Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellations, once the 25% deposit fee has been paid, and if outside the 90 day high season cancellation period, the guest will be refunded the 25% deposit less a $250 admin fee which shall be retained by Bluestone Estate to cover staff time and costs incurred. If cancellations are made on or after 90 days from arrival date (high season), the full 25% deposit will be retained by Bluestone Estate, and the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Generous living spaces open onto sun-filled decks and an upper terrace above the Gulf: plenty of room to come together, and just as many places to disappear to. Fireplaces for cooler months, a media room, whole-house sound, Apple TV, Starlink WIFI, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and air conditioning in the primary bedroom and living spaces. Outside: the infinity pool and spa pool, a swing seat in the trees, lawn games (volleyball, pétanque and Kubb), a firepit, a gas barbecue and the kitchen garden. The Cookhouse is included, for long lunches and chef-led dinners at the oak table.
