Because of the pond, which is unfenced, no children (below 18) are allowed without prior approval. Please be aware we have a 2 beehives on the property. (You do get to enjoy their honey which is lovely).
Minimum cancellation period is 72 hours.
The studio has been designed to help you relax after a hard day of work or after an eventful day. You will have plenty of space, with a deck to view the front garden & a back deck to enjoy the large pond & surrounding gardens, complete with your own outdoor furniture. A large sofa awaits & in the chilly months the woodburner will add to your comfort. In the summer the air conditioning unit will keep you cool. A large wall-mounted flat-screen 40 ̋ screen is also available. (Please note we do not have Sky TV). Free WIFI is available in your room. Behind three large sliding door is a fully equipped kitchenette, plus iron & ironing board. A full continental breakfast is available in your room which you prepare at your leisure.
